NZXT is aware of the issues mentioned on some customer reviews. We are currently working to update the drivers for the unit so that the compatibility of the mice will work with all the games customers are having problems with. There is also the issue with the mice double clicking when single clicked. If you own an Avatar with this double click issue, you can email RMA@nzxt.com for a replacement and we will exchange it for a new unit. In an effort to provide a high standard of service we welcome all customers to contact us if they have any problems.
