Q: When was NZXT started?
A: NZXT was founded in 2004 with the aspiration of becoming the gaming community's number one manufacturer and designer computer chassis.
Q: I recieved my Sentry and the time is resetting upon restart, what can I do?
A: If the Sentry was just recieved, the battery was dead upon arrival. Please send service@nzxt.com an email and request a replacement battery for the Sentry.
Q: I've just purchased the Avatar and the mice double clicks after just couple weeks of use, what do I do?
A: The double clicking issue is a known defect of the first Avatars, please send an email to service@nzxt.com to arrange an replacement.
Q:

When the fans are connected to the fan controller, the dials do not regulate the speed of the fans.  What can I do to fix this?

A: Having the fan connected to both the controller and power supply will show this symptom.  It is only required for the fans to be connected to the controller.  You can check the following thread on "Lexa S Fan Control Installation" for details.

Q: Is it possible to turn the display off on the Sentry LX, but still have the unit running?
A: Yes.  This can be done by by holding down the "MODE" button.
Q: What CPU coolers are compatible with the NZXT Vulcan?
A: The motherboard used in the NZXT Vulcan will pose as the main factor for CPU cooler compatibility.  The following link will lead to a list of compatible coolers.

Q: Why is it called the Zero 2?
A: That's simple, it is the next Zero.
Q: The NZXT Hades temperature display does not state which is for CPU,SYS, and HDD.  What is the order?
A: The order in which the temperature is displayed is as followed:
HDD
CPU
SYS

Can the Phantom support 200mm fans other than those by NZXT?

A: The 200mm mounting, on the Phantom, is shorter in diameter and will not be able to support 200mm fans from other brands.
Q: Can the NZXT FN 200RB be used in any case that have a 200mm fan slot?
A: No;  The NZXT 200mm fans are smaller in diameter, resulting in misalignment between the case, outside of the NZXT brand, mount and the fan.  We can only guarantee that the FN 200RB will fit into NZXT cases that have a 200mm fan slot.
Q:

My NZXT Sentry 2 is causing my fan(s) to produce a rattle noice.  What is currently the problem?

A: This is a due to a compatibility issue.  The following link will lead to a forum thread that will list some fans that have these conflict.

Q:  My NZXT Sentry LX settings is returning to default after powering on my system.  How do I resolve this problem?
A: The battery is the source behind saving the settings.  If this problem appears, it would mean that the battery is dead and a replacement one will be required.  The battery model number is CR2030 or LIR2030.
