It's a good case, with good looks and features, at a decent price. It's a tough market though in this price range, there are some great options out there. In a vast ocean of case options on the market, the only real "failure" here is that it doesn't stand out from the pack. That said, we can't complain about this case, and we really like the NZXT Tempest 210 as a good all-around mid-tower case with some very nice air cooling options, solid features, and cabling opportunities.

The Tempest 210 is a great mid-tower computer case that was designed with the budget system builder in mind. Do not let that put you off from this case however, as a lot of important features that you would normally find only on high-end systems were retained in this design. With support for up to 8 different 120 mm or larger case fans, the Tempest 210 can really move some serious air. The cooling performance results speak for themselves, and the fact that this case is nearly as competitive with its bigger brother the Tempest 410 is also saying something.

Cooling is pretty standard as stock, but it’s quiet and has plenty of potential for expansion. Due to the open nature of the drive bay construction, air flow should also be pretty strong. There’s also good cable management, its reasonably strong and its nice and light which makes this a great LAN case. Overall though this is an excellent budget chassis, especially if you can find it for the sort of price NZXT are running in the US.

This chassis is new to the Crafted Series lineup and should be popping up in your Google searches any time now. With a MSRP of $55, the Tempest does offer quite a bit for its segment. Most cases near $50 have no fans, little as far as tool-less features and mainly only the top ten or so manufacturers will even offer USB 3.0 at this price. Either way you look at it, with an initial investment of less than sixty US dollars, it leaves plenty of room in the budget for extra fans and the ability to make your own lighting choices. I was able to put in a pretty powerful system and was pleased with my results; there is no reason you shouldn't be pleased with this very economically friendly chassis from NZXT!

To be honest, for the price this case is pretty awesome. Once you get your hardware situated it runs like a champ. I can’t even imagine putting a couple more fans in just to see how crazy the temperatures can be. This case was clearly designed well in the airflow category; it’s just unreal how the temperatures compare to more expensive cases. In the end, most cases in this price range aren’t something you would even want to give to an enemy – this case really is of good quality at a lower cost. This might be the NZXT case for you or a friend -- the NZXT Tempest 210, it’s ready to handle all the heat.

Great case, I love the all black look! Using this for my unRAID Server, have 10 hard drives in it, plenty of room, easy access to install/remove hard drives. Plenty of room on the "right" to hide cables too! Very satisfied, will be buying another one or
