To end this case, it is huge, anything goes in it. It performs well and offers many opportunities for water cooling to keep cool your configuration hardcore. For storage maniacs, do not worry, everything is planned to obtain the best result, there is enough space to house all your cables to the back of the case and close it without forcing (for Personally, I got slightly wrong because supply ducts with flat so it is bigger).

NZXT is very appealing to the phantom housing an additional housing on the shelves, which could strike a successful path. The switch housing 810 provides plenty of space, an attractive appearance and has numerous options to obstruct current components in all imaginable shades, also 240 and 360 include radiators for water cooling systems. Especially good are the presence of a fast SATA liked hot-swap docking station, this time could also convince the fans, at least initially. The stability and structural analysis of the housing is extremely high thanks to the massive use of steel, which in turn has the advantage that the customer does not necessarily have to think about an extra sound insulation. The upper "roof spoiler" may be closed and thus the dust contamination is reduced, is another feature that we can approve only.

When it comes to quality construction and materials must be said that NZXT has worked well in making a durable box. Most of the tower is made of steel, parts such as front and top cover are made of plastic. The painting has an excellent finish, at first glance it appears that the coating is carried out thoroughly and will not be easy to suffer unexpected scratches. Other important details of the switch 810 to be considered are: the filters in all the zones fans to draw air, the top cover insert that reduces noise, support for USB 3.0, card reader, integrated graphics and folding fans. For all this, we gave the prize to the recommended product NZXT 810 Switch . A high-performance chassis, functionality and elegant design study.

In summary, the NZXT Switch 810 is still a good computer case. This model offers very good opportunities for expansion, several smart features and ventilation in the top class.  Good cooling, plenty of space for components and smart features make NZXT Switch 810 to a safe choice in the class. Anyone who can see past the side panels of plastic and a couple of minor misses will not be dissatisfied.

The switch 810 is considerably more restrained than it probably otherwise designed by NZXT is used but it has been focused on this tower probably more on functionality than on an unusual design. That as a full-tower stands 810 Switch classified in any case due to its intrinsic value. The choice of configurations that it offers one, it is the number of fans or up to 10 but also the installation of a complete water cooling was composed of 420 mm and 240 mm radiators, is probably only rarely. That should satisfy the appetite of the hardest enthusiast. The attractive and almost completely in the white look, which also has a white painted interior and stylish LED lighting, cleverly staged, can convince even. The position of the I / O panel is on-top very well chosen and is thus not only wonderfully accessible, but also very well laid out and the door is a nice looker.

NZXT has always had some very attractive models for users especially because their cases often have a good quality / price. Lexa model the time frame and the Phantom a few months ago and colorful options became a benchmark. The Switch 810 shows a more serious, more formal, with color choices worked well and interesting features. Its retail price is 169.90 Euros official tax and thus placed in competition with other boxes of this range of leading manufacturers. An alternative to bear in mind you're riding a complex cooling system or you just like to have space to organize your components well.

Exceptional manufacturing quality, right price for quality and features, stunning look and feel, outstanding cooling capacity, supports any graphics and cooler market, interior space, support triple QUAD-SLI or CrossFire, LED back to illuminate the box, 2 front USB 3.0 connections, possibility of installing a liquid cooling system of high quality, and 9 expansion slots. We have not found any weaknesses to be improved by the manufacturer.

Overall, NZXT have designed an excellent and innovative chassis in the Switch 810. It is flooded with cooling potential, has plenty of expansion options and successfully implements worthwhile innovative features. At £149.77/€169,90 though, the Switch 810 does have some very worthy competitors. We can’t think of anybody who will be disappointed by the Switch 810, but its price tag does leave a potential buyer with an uncertain decision as to whether the Switch 810 is the chassis for them.

The NZXT Switch 810 looks tall and elegant, wearing a tuxedo and going to a nice cocktail party. One of my favorite points in the appearance of the NZXT Switch 810 is the LED lighting on the back panel. Not only is it functional, but it makes the case glow when it's on. It's complimented by LED lighting on the top of the case as well. In fact, that is where the HDD LED is located. Its a white LED that is long and somewhat muted. It looks very nice.

For the most part, the NZXT Switch 810 is very solidly constructed of steel and plastic. The empty weight alone tells you this case can withstand a beating. Functionally, the NZXT Switch 810 really shines. There is room for nine 3.5" or 2.5" drives and up to four 5.25" drives. It has a hot-swappable drive bay, the HDD cages are removable, it holds tons of fans, it can fit up to a 360mm water cooling radiator, it fits up to XL-ATX motherboards, and it even has LED lights on the back panel so you can see what you are doing. Cable management is top notch as well. I really like the addition of a card reader as well.

With the side panel off, it is possible to see all of the time, effort and engineering that went into this case. From a boatload of wiring grommets and an insane number of fan mounts to a black interior with plenty of space, it has everything that the competition likes boasting about. On the other hand, NZXT has added their own spin by incorporating a fan hub and wire tie downs so the Switch 810 remains free of cable clutter, collapsible hard drive cage handles for easy removal, rotatable 120mm/140mm fan adapters, louvers to provide increase airflow, a dedicated internal bay for a dual radiator and the list goes on and on. With all of these features, the Switch 810's sub $175 price tag will likely come as a surprise. Unfortunately, there are some build quality SNAFUs and a few bewildering design decisions but that shouldn't detract you from considering it.

PC Perspective:

Switch 810's brilliance began to shine as I peered closer at some of the more intricate features that are available with this case. From the front panel SD card reader to the two white LEDs that light up the back I/O panel, NZXT has thought of many original ways to address some common problems that users deal with on a daily basis. Even the extra cable management cutouts were extremely useful in creating a clutter-free interior for my hardware. My only issues with this case are some of the plastic paneling that was a bit too flimsy for my taste. The top vent holes are also too large and NZXT did not include a dust filter. However, the creative design and innovative features earns the Switch 810 our Gold Award!

We were very impressed with several of the innovative features that NZXT put on the Switch 810, especially the consideration for pretty extreme water cooling setup with that 85mm of top clearance.  The ability to drop a 420mm rad in the top and another 280mm rad in the bottom should be enough cooling for even a quad GPU setup.  Placing easy to access filters on the intake fans is a real plus and should keep the dust bunnies to a minimum.  The cable routing options are fantastic making it easy for anyone to have a clean build.  An included card reader is great if you take a lot of photos.  Finally, the addition of switchable LED lights over the rear ports is just ingenious and something that should be mandatory in all cases targeting gamers.

As with all NZXT cabinets we've looked at, the rather large (22d x 24h x 9w inch, 20 pound) Switch 810's fit and finish are superb. Parts snap into place firmly, instilling confidence in a product that's built to last. At $169 list, the CRN Test Center recommends the Switch 810 for the PC enthusiast or hardcore gamer; it will surely not disappoint. A two-year warranty is included.

With room for 10 fans, or a liquid-cooled setup consisting of both 420mm and 240mm radiators, the Switch 810 should satiate the appetite of even the most hardened enthusiast. NZXT has put a lot of thought and special features into the Switch 810. A few of these I can't recall ever coming across before in another make or model case, like the slotted mounting holes for the rear exhaust fan, the fan power distribution on the back of the motherboard tray, the pivoting interior fan mounts or the closeable vents on the top panel. It's not often you find a case that supports mounting both triple and dual radiators internally either.
