Introducing the NZXT HU-001, a chassis designed from grounds up to be quiet while having ample cooling. Game and work without all the noise, thanks to the sound dampening foam that is used on the top, side, and bottom panels of the case. Worried about cooling? Not to worry, the HU-001 is equipped with two 120mm fans running at low speeds while still achieving high levels of air flow. High end gaming requires faster hard drives and power supplies, so we've installed rubber padding near fans and hard drives to further reduce the sound level. The quality of the NZXT Hush is the best point of the case, even though the case is made out of steel, it is exceptionally light and also strong and sturdy. The paint job is remarkable as well since every side of the case is perfectly sprayed, making it smooth and reflective. Little details such as the magnetic door latch, metallic door hinges, rubber feet (which absorb vibrations) and the re-usable expansion card covers result into a very balanced and high quality construction.

No side windows were placed into the case because NZXT wanted a case that cut back on the noise, so they opted to use the acoustic absorption mats on the side panels. There was a noise level differance from using the Spire case and the NZXT case, so there is an acoustic difference.

Das Hush empfiehlt sich für Anwender die ganz klar ein allgemeines Lautstärken-Problem mit ihrer Hardware haben. Wem dass aber dennoch zuviel Geld ist, für den finden sich in solchen Fällen auch zahlreiche alternative (Silent-)Lösungen, denen man vielleicht eher den Vorzug geben sollte. Das muss von Fall zu Fall entschieden werden. Das Hush darf sich aber schlussendlich über eine gute Wertung freuen. Denn da sich keine schwerwiegenden Mängel zeigen und es sich auch kostentechnisch als halbwegs vernünftig erweist, kommen wir auch nicht Drumherum ihm 5 von 6 Punkte zu verleihen.

Este modelo presenta la gran novedad de disponer de un sistema de insonorizaci?ara todo nuestro sistema; la gomaespuma se encargar?e que el ruido no salga de la misma caja; esto nos proporcionar?n lugar de ocio o de trabajo muy agradable, m?me si montamos un PC con disipadores y ventiladores de calidad que nos proporcionen ese silencio tan deseado. El hecho de que sea algo baja hace que la fuente est?emasiado pegada a la placa base, aunque se trata de una caja compacta y no de una gran torre. The HUST isn't all function and no fashion. NZXT took the time to give the HUSH a solid front bezel and gloss black aluminum panels. There isn't a window since the sound dampening efforts would be wasted, but nobody wants to look at foam and steel anyway. It turns out that the HUST carries its own in terms of appearance, and the wow factor is saved for functionality.

The Hush is one very nice and elegant looking case. It has a sense of class that you don't see in many cases and it doesn't have the over the top bling of a lot of cases as well. NZXT did very well at keeping the Hush quiet and at the same time maintaining a very good price point. The dampening material covers most of the underside of the case and it still looks good.

"I'm impressed with the quality of the NZXT HUSH. It's a decent, sturdy, mid-range aluminum case worthy of a build. It withstands all 215 lbs of me with very little wavering. There's a lot of airflow, too: two 120 mm fans keep the air moving."

True to its name, the HUSH is a very quiet case... when used in conjunction with the appropriate hardware. As of writing, the NZXT HUSH sells for under $90.00 USD. At this price point, the HUSH is an excellent choice for someone with midrange hardware in search of a quiet, subtle case that won't break the bank.

"NZXT Hush is a simple and well constructed case which fits perfect for the beginner or the user who often poke inside of the computer.The design is quite discreet with piano coated color and brushed metal. The manufacture continues to spin on the gamer theme with blue lights in both the door and the front fan. Besides the fact that the case is a quite small midi tower there is plenty of space for much hardware. Even really big graphic cards like 8800 GTX fits without any problem, and the same also in SLI or crossfire configurations."

"The NZXT Hush Case is a great overall product and it’s affordable. When NZXT built this case from the ground up they had a couple of things in mind. The first was to build a quiet case and also a case that provides excellent air circulation. With sound dampening material inside the case on the side panels, bottom, top and front, it’s quiet. They include two 120mm fans which provide great air circulation. There are lots of drives bays and it has a stylish appearance."
