It has been a while since I purchased a NZXT phantom which had a $20 mail-in rebate. A few weeks ago I received my EVGA mail-in rebate which was mailed at the same time as the NZXT one.

I decided to inquire (hah, MIR, never worth my time). So I've sent a few words to multiple e-mail addresses to NZXT and I've also used the contact form to reach different "branches" of the company. Not all at once, of course - but it has been a while now and I'm getting completely ignored by NZXT. Once, maybe twice, could be a fluke but we're well beyond that now. I can imagine that it would be at a company's advantage to have the support staff ignore MIR questions =P

Since quietly e-mailing doesn't seem to bother the company, here I am on the public forums. Am I a valued customer yet?

How do I inquire about my MIR's status? Thanks.

Yeah seem like NZXT is too busy releasing products in America while keeping Europe out of their aim and making us unable to acquire their new fans...

If they wont allow me to buy their new fans i will not buy any of their products in the future because the Phantom is special and not many fans may sit in their slots...

Tell me about it, their customer service is horrendous. No one will ever reply back to your emails. They sell their inferior products and never back them up with any kind of after sales service or warranty. I'll be contacting the BBB myself for their terrible customer service.

ravman, did you try calling (+1-626-228-1150) them? Sometimes emails get lost in cyberspace, overlooked in the inbox or miscommunicated internally as to who is dealing with it.

Sent my info Friday now, and I received some e-mail telling me my e-mail was transferred to marketing. Nothing happened.

It has been 2 weeks and nobody's taking me up. Who do I need to dance for for some help?

NZXT, fix this for me and then I'll be on my way, never doing business with you again. I'm sending another wave of e-mails and I'll stir some serious **** if this keeps going.

Bynming, again, I suggest you give them a call tomorrow.

What you need to do is chill and call the number like Hutch said. We have rules of conduct on the forum and you are coming close to crossing the line. You won't be stirring any **** up on this forum.

Best of luck on resolving your issue.

I was on my way out because after roughly 2 weeks of e-mails, I finally got word from NZXT. Guy on the phone said that they're having a hard time with their system, which would explain why I couldn't get anyone to help me for such a long time. People on NCIX seem to think that to contact this company, you really have to work hard.

Also, I don't think that David Mack, proud NZXT warrior, gets to tell me whether I'm coming close to cross some line. Since my issue got handled (albeit extremely slowly), I might buy again, actually. They make good stuff... But hopefully I never have to contact them again =)

You don't have to worry about me here anyway. Cheers!
