View Full Version : NZXT will not reply to warranty support emails

Im not very happy I had to make an account here just to get your attention. I emailed you over two weeks ago for warranty support on my N59 case that is falling apart after 1 month of use. I never got a reply so I wrote a review on newegg about how unhappy I was with the case. You of course replied right away to the review telling me to email you again. Another week went by and still nothing.

Its pretty shameful you would try to give other customers the illusion you want to help with warranty claims, and then not follow through with actually helping.

Please tell me who I need to contact to get my case fixed.

We apologize that you experienced this with our service department. Send your inquiry to my email address, va.trung@nzxt.com, and I will assist you on the problem. Please provide a detail description and if replacement parts is required, provide your shipping address as well.

initially I received e-mail replies also confirming the part would be mailed to
me.

but my last e-mails are not being awnsered at all.

I have been e-mailing since early feb 2011.

just after joining this forum, I once more sent a reminder to
the rma dept.

I just got a package in the mail with one fan, however I emailed you stating two fans had broken but you only sent one and now I cant get a response from you again through email. I needed the side blue led fan.

I've checked my inbox and junkmail, but was unable to locate an email with similar content. Can you provide your email address and I will double check.

Today I received the parts from NZXT by priority mail.

Eventhough my inital pkg. apparently got lost in the mail,
NZXT have kindly send a new pkg.

In retrospect I can understand that in the process something
can go wrong, but NZXT have perfectly solved the problem to
my satisfaction.
