Hello so, I basically want my phantom to have some lights.

I have heard that installing LED fans will prevent me from adjusting speed at the top panel thing. Also or that the lights at the fan control thing won't light up?
Can anyone suggest me fans or what I can do to have a nice case like this.
I'm a noob, this is my first build. I don't really know anything about computers except playing games on them.
