I recently started noticing that my blue LED side panel fan(the fan on the see through side panel) is starting to get really dim and it seems like the LED's on it are burning out. Ive only have this case for a few months and I don't use it more than an hour or two a day. Any solutions to fixing it?

On LED fans, the LED brightness is usually a good indication of how much power the fan is receiving. If you have the resources, you should try plugging the fan into a different power supply, or at least a different Molex connector.
If nothing changes and it turns out your LEDs are really dying, then you should contact service [at] nzxt [dot] com, and they'll ship you out a new fan no problem. Make sure you include a copy of your invoice, as well as your shipping address, in the email.
