I've got a new Alpha case and I'm having trouble with the motherboard tray standoff holes not being threaded properly. I can't get one of the brass standoffs screwed into the tray in any of the holes (ATX & Micro ATX) Any ideas without ruining the tray and messing up an RMA if that is necessary? Thanks!

If you're sure that that's the problem, just RMA it, it's not worth trying to fix it

Thanks, I was afraid of that. I tried several of the brass standoff's that were supplied, and others from a NZXT Lexa I had and none of them would work in any of the motherboard tray standoff holes on this Alpha. I could try filing off the excess steel on the back of the motherboard tray on each of the holes, but if that didn't work, I did not want to take the chance of having my RMA rejected. Oh well, back to Newegg it goes. Thanks for the quick reply!
