I just got an Alpha case, and I had no problem hooking up everything - except one thing seems conspicuously missing - the system's speaker - the one where you get diagnostic beeps. This is particularly an issue because I'm having MOBO trouble.

I have all the connectors for the power switch, the reset switch, the HD LED indicator, blah, blah, blah - but I don't see a connector for the system speaker.

Is there one in the Alpha case?

Thank you

ok, nevermind. I found it. Instead of a speaker build into the case like every other case I have ever seen, it's a small free standing thing mixed in with the various screws and parts. For those who are also looking for it . . . it's about half an inch long and has a little black circle on one end. On the other end with the connector, it says "speaker" on it.

Right. For future reference, many NZXT cases also do not come with speakers. So, if you're searching this thread and are looking for your speaker, you probably don't have one ;)

Yeah, the Lexa doesn't come with one, and I don't think any of the crafted series do...
