Tempest damaged

I am posting here in addition to having already e-mailed service@nzxt.com with my problem which is this: I just received my tempest today but the front face-plate was damaged (the connector 'prongs' were all snapped off except one + bottom left was partially snapped off) and i would like to know if I need to get a replacement from newegg or if a new part is available for either purchase or free replacement, because i would have to wait a couple of weeks for a new case if i went the return route. It would be a lot easier to just get a part instead of a whole replacement for what is really just a non-vital part. (but i still want a unbroken one)
