2 weeks now since I sent in the email request for parts. It took me 1 whole week just to get an email from RMA dept saying they got my email and now it's been another week and I still can't get an answer to see if they shipped them out or when they will be. Why won't they respond to emails!!!


I'm tired of emailing them and not getting NOTHING!! Can someone here help because sending emails gets me nowhere fast

Usually they don't tell you when they ship stuff out, it just arrives, so I wouldn't get too antsy.

It's not that I'm antsy but the fact that emails are never replied and that it's been over 2 weeks that I've requested parts and I still dont have nothing. I paid good money for my case and it shouldnt be that I need to wait a month to get it working properly

I have tried to PM iNZXT but it wont go through. It acts like it does but it isn't showing up in my sent folder...errrr....so now I'm going on week 3
