LCD issue Nemesis Elite

Well i Finally recieved an email back from the RMA email. they requested an invoice and i sent them one its been 4 days since then and i havent heard anything back about getting a replacement LCD pannel. i changed the battery and even took the new battery i bought out again and had the battery tested to make sure it wasnt a dud or anything. i have the web invoice then sent to my e-mail still is there somone here that i could e-mail it to to speed up the process i bought this case for the temperature and information being displayed on the LCD.
