View Full Version : NZXT Rogue Top Panel

I just got my Black and Blue NZXT Rogue last night. I was stoke to get it.

I was not so stoked about the fact that Newegg shipped it to me just in the original NZXT box ... from my past experiences they usually put the nzxt box inside a shipping box...so the box was pretty tattered.

Anyways, I opened it up.

Everything was awesome ... but I was not overly impressed by the flimsy nature of the top panel. Everything else is so thick and high quality. The top panel seems like a tin can. I took the top panel off and found that a couple of the "hook" or "prongs" or whatever you want to call them had come off.

Is there any way that NZXT could send me a new black top panel so I didn't have to RMA the case?

I can't wait until I get the rest of my parts so I can post of some final build shots.

i see you have joined in fed 2004. and you only have 16 post! sorry we only send out replacement parts to members with over 100 post :P

go ahead and send your PO from newegg, a shipping address and phone number to service@nzxt.com make sure under the subject put "ATTN SERVICE".
Va(iNZXT) is our new service guy. if you dont hear from him within 48hrs please post here again. we check the forums everyday.

ha ha ... yea I only have 16 posts. I should post more. I bought a couple NZXT cases a long time ago ... and just recently bought a nzxt mouse and the new rogue case.

I keep coming back to nzxt because of the down to earth get things done service. Most bigger companies don't provide good service like your company does.

I am looking forward to receiving my replacement top panel. I think that panel should of been made alot thicker and higher quality like the front panel. But oh well.

I appreciate your fantastic service so far.

thank you for the kind words. you are right we are not a big company. we do try to help everyone out as much as possible. but in the same time we can get overwhelmed with work and we may have a few dissatisfied customers that slip through. fortunately we have a great little team and GREAT forum members like Retell,ivybat,Exitialis and a few others who helps us out tremendously. And we really appreciate all the great things they have done for our company.our forums are pretty dead and we would like to bust it open!...... so yes post more! :P
