The bag that comes in the Tempest case has screws in there marked ODD screws. Are these for the optical drive? And the HDD screws for the hard drive? If so why include screws in a tooless case?

Also looking for a good modular power supply in the 600 watt and up range any sugestions?

Yes that seem to be correct. I guess it is if you want to mount your drives a bit more secure. If you wanna take your rig with you to a LAN or something it is pretty wise to make sure they don't move...
