Hi Ghost,
I am a new member to the forum, but after reading the threads posted here, I figured maybe I would drop you a quick note. I have emailed RMA@NZXT about my the lower LED on the front of my ZERO tower. It recently has failed. I have included a copy of my purchase from NEWEGG.com from back in February 2008 in the email. A replacement LED would be much appreciated. I have read the positive comments posted here and I must say I am impressed with the quick responses to resolve issues with your products.
