Where is NZXT Based?

Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum, have purchased two NZXT cases and love them.
Does anyone know if NZXT has a facility in the USA or are they somewhere out in China?
And export everything to distributors in the US.....
When you e-mail support are you e-mailing china or someone in the US?

No phone contacts either?

Hello our HQ is actually in Taiwan and have factories in China. When you email support, they are based in the US. As for phone support, if a customer special requests we will call them but as for now we are strictly email support. Thanks! :)
