Power LED not working

I recently purchased a Lexa, and the front power led has not worked ever... i tried reversing the wire inputs on the mother board but that still doesnt work... i think it may be defective. How would I go about getting a new one?

I would take it back to where you got it with the recipt and tell them that the front LED is defective. Hopefully, they'll give you a new one. :)

Or, if you bought your Lexa online, you could send an email to service@nzxt.com explaining your problem.

They're really good about taking care of pretty much any problem you have... though they can sometimes be kind of slow to respond. If you cc: a copy of the email to NZXT_Dood (designer@nzxt.com) that tends to speed things up a bit.
