My probe died on my Elite a few weeks ago effectively blanking out the info the panel provides and turning off the front and rear fans, I emailed support and after almost a week I finally got a reply they were sending parts. I got the email from support 2 weeks ago. How long does it take for this type of shipment?

I am still able to use my computer, albiet in a limited fashion. I will not play games or do video editing, as my other temp probe shows a marked increase in temp in the case when I do. For regular activites, it is somewhat OK since the ambient temp in my house is cool this time of year.

Any feedback would be appreciated!

How many email do I need to send? Will I ever get the part I need to fix my case. If you think I will ever upgrade any of my computers or build a new one with a NZXT case you are out of your friggin mind.

Signed,

Perhaps the blind LCD becomes live again, if you will changing the built in battery "CR2032".

Thanks for the information. As I had described in the email I sent to support, I had checked my battery with my voltmeter and the reading was good. I was told in an email that I was getting a part to fix my case. I was told that twice.

In clipbatteries often a voltmeter shows between 1.0 and 1.2V but the Amperes are to low to let a connected electronic run.
I would try to test the panel with a new battery. A new CR2032 is not so expensive...

I won't say, it's a must to work with a new battery, but it's a simple way to checkout a possible error-reason.

Considering a CR2032 is a 3 volt battery, 1 to 1.2 volts would not be any good. Consider the fact that I have been an electonics technician for over 30 years professionally, while I appreciate you advice and opinions, I am waiting for someone from NZXT to reply to this thread.

Ups, beg ya pardon - sure, you're right SirBaldMan. I was wrong, the 2032 is a 3V battery, not a 1.2V. My fault ;-(
If you told from beginning, you're a technican, I would't ask for the battery. But if you read some threads here, you will find, that a few users detects a defectly panel, when the battery is low.
... for my excuse...
