Hey Whats Up I need a lot of help connecting my case and I would appreciate it!! Well Lets start of with top I read your thing about the cabled Labeled SYS, CPU, and HDD I only have a cable labled SYS, and CPU So I am going to make the assumption that the other cable is HDD So is the back fan the SYS and The Front fan the HDD ??? And after the are all plugged in which slot do I plug the the cable into the choices I have is CHA1_FAN, CHA2_FAN, PWR_FAN, and CPU_FAN. Okay Thats That there still are Three Cream colored cables One which says 1394 on the black peice the other on is not labled and there is one other piece that is not labeled but has like 7 single wire coming out of it!!! Please I Need Help ASAP!!! I have a link of my motherboard Here

Hi, the upper USB- Audio- Firewire-box will owns two identical cables. One is USB, the other is for Firewire (see below). The manual says: Don't swap this cables because the mainboard may be destroyed because of this. But as it seems you have choosen the right one to connecting the Upper-USB-Connector. May be a shortcut somwhere in the Upper-USB-Connector

Most users of the Elite are connecting the Back-Fan to the SYS-Fan cable and the Front-Fan to the HDD-Fan cable as well as the CPU-Fan to the CPU-Fan cable. But this is free for you.

Best to fix the temp sensors SYS and HDD between the fins of the headsink of the graphiccard-CPU(Sys), on the harddisk-metal-surface(HDD), and between the fins of the headsink of the CPU(CPU).

Usualy connections on Mobos:
Cha1-Fan = Front-Fan
Cha2-Fan = Back-Fan
PWR-Fan = Power-Supply-Fan-signal-wire (if the PSU supports some)
CPU-Fan = CPU-Fan

The 1394-labled cable, I guess, will be the Upper Firewire-Connector,
The unlabled cable with seven single pins is coming from the Upper Audio-Connector. On the black plastic of the pins each function is labled.
Check your mainboard-manual to find out how to connect them.

If you can't figure out how to, or having other problems, drop a posting with your Mobo name and type. Then I will try to find out anything about;-)
