Nemesis Elite, Help on wiring CPU fan connector

I have a Asus P5LD2 motherboard, and Intel CPU fan, I am confused with connecting the LCDs CPU connector and hooking it up with the Intel CPU fan. One end of the LCDs CPU fan connector has three wires and the other has two, but Intels CPU fan has four, and also my Motherboard has Four Pin Connector as well. Anyone please help...

just plug in the the ne that has three in the cpu fan and there should be another 3 pin connector on there so plug that in the mobo
also the little clips on both should line up
