I am trying to hook up the Ultra FAn Commander, and this is the second one that is doing what the first won't do, regulate the fans. The fans come on, but the Ultra display doesn't show them, nor can i control them. Does the Lexa stock fans have built in RPM control in them? And if they do, how do you control them

No, I belive they just operate at a certain voltage so they run at a certain RPM.

you can't control the lez fans unless you replace all of them with your own

is that why the Fan Commander isn't working?

Yes, to be able to control the fans, you will need to purchase fans that have fan control featur eon them with a 3pin connector.
