USB ports

My motherboard has three different spots to plug the case ports into. The ports on the fold down on top of the case but no matter where I put it, they won't work. My flash drive lights up for a second but no new harware gets discovered. Is this a bios issue? If so can someone help out? As always it would be greatly appreciated.

Had same thing with mine. I got in there and the plug was half way off and just had to push it back in. Its a very tight fit inside of there and I think it just worked its way out when they asembled it. Just open it up and take a look then just push it back on and be very carefull when putting it back together so it doesnt happen again. Mine has worked fine ever since, but I had the same thing happen. If thats not it you may need a replacement, write support and they can help you. Good luck
