case wont open help

I just got my case today and the side panal with lock on wont open is it locked?If it is how the hell do open it without a key???All the parts are in front where hardrives go and i cant get to it.Is there a trick to opening it?please help.
Forget it,it was suck hopefully it wont break next time.Great case though love the look and style.

I had the same problem ;)

You push the handle to the left, and then pull the door towards you (not to the left)

Just got mine too and had the same problem...

Looks like the rear plastic arc needs to be removed prior to opening the door - 2 of the 4 screws go through the edge of the door and keep it from opening.

Would have been nice if there were a label or note somewhere to let you know...

Good thing I'm an engineer and can figure these things out
