Front usb ports -nemesis elite

with my old usb chip, neither port would work, but i had a replacement shipped to me.

With the new one, the bottom works but the top one doesn't. Whether i plug something into both ports, or one at a time, the top usb doesn't work.

Could this be some limitation with my mobo, or should i request a 2nd rma?

Hello, we could definitely ship you another usb board but it's unlikely that the replacement is defective. could you possibly test the usb port with another machine? No need to change cases, simply use the port outside of it's plastic enclosure.
