Rear 120mm fan, light is out

I have owned my case just under 1 month and I noticed today 2 of my LEDs are out on the rear 120mm fan. I Emailed support but I was worried because last time I had a problem I got no responce. I incuded all my info in case they want to just replace it, but I would at least like an email so I know they got my service request. Thanks

they'll just replace it, should have sent them proof of purchase and an address as well, you get it even quicker then :thumbsup:

Yes, I sent a copy of my invioce from oxide.com and address just in case they needed it. I hope they get back to me.
