Hello
I had problem with my power supply Case (Lexa) and after I contact to your site they pass me to rma department. A person his name was daany told me send your power supply to us to get new one and I did it but It's about 1 week now and I didn't get any package. please contact me soon as posible. I really need that power supply.

I say wait another week, it might take longer than that for them to recieve the one you sent in and send another one out to you

thanks for ur respond but unfortunately i can't wait any more. i bought all part of my computer 2 month ago and every thing is perfect except this power supply.

have you contacted dood at:
designer@nzxt.com he can usually speed the process up, but what with the holidays and all it may take a little longer :)

i c but i contact them 2 about weeks ago and i know they wanna help me and i know that's christmas time but what can i do? i am really behind on my work load and I need this power supply to operate my computer. i hope they respond me very fast...

hey i will speak with danny, actually i spoke with him last week about it already, i'm pretty sure it's shipped out, let me see if i can get the tracking # for you. The problem with his comptuer is that the initial batch of lexa powers did not work with some motherboards and we need to ship him a revised one. Anyway, i'll check on this tomorrow. Go ahead and send an email to me and service@nzxt.com so i can keep a record
