Nemesis Elite - front USB woes

Ok, so it was believed that i needed a new usb card for my nemesis elite.

You guys at nzxt shipped me one, and i got around to installing it, and guess what? The usb ports dont line up, and theres no firewire. So im thinking, maybe i got a usb card meant for the nemesis, or some other case maybe?

Anyway, I sent an email 2 days ago to customer service, and nothing so much as a reply yet. Can i get some help?
