I love my new Trinity case, but the lcd temp readout does not work. The lcd lights up, the temp symbol shows, a H shows, and the hard drive light works, but I do not get any temp readout. Please help. I have sent an email to service, but no response. Please let me know what I need to do.

Thanks,
Andy

email service@nzxt.com and ask for a replacement, also talk to nova prospekt here on the forums, he'll be interested in the LCD screen...

With the side fan, did you connect the lcd power by the side fan's splitter? Cuz thats what i did at first, turns out it doesnt get enough power like that.

I have a similar problem with the LCD, only I don't get anything but the blue background. The HDD flashes when accessed and I'm not connecting the LCD power to the side fan's splitter. I've email service@nzxt.com, but haven't gotten a reply... Tried sending another today in case I typoed the email address. What else can be done?

you could try to forward me the email you sent to service@nzxt.com and i could try to hurry it up for you. It usually takes up to 48hours for a reply. Thank you.

I was having the same problem & after reading some posts I opened the case and after disconnecting the fan connectors I found the culprit. The power line on the one molex(red wire) was not seated in the connector thus providing no power to that device which in this case was the themocouple. I corrected the problem and Wa-La.....Blue Screen(no, not windows blue screen of death) and the output signal. Now if I can just figure out how the make it read in F. insted of C.:helloooo:
