The Pimp Nemesis

Well I bought the nemesis a while ago, not the elite. I ordered white but got silver. At first I was upset then I started to like the silver a lot. I bought three new 120mm fans to replace the black and side window fans on the nemesis to make it look more like the elite. Then I got the greatest idea ever. I decided to tint the window on my case!! I used 35%, it said not to use on plastic but... I had already bought it so I put it on anyway. IT LOOKS GREAT!!! I put the NZXT grill back on the fan but I conviently "lost" the innergrill w/ lots of holes so you don't chop off your finger. It looks even better w/out that. It gives the case a nice look. With the comp off you can't see in too much, but with the lights you can see everything.

Just thought you guys might want to know bout it :thumbsup:

if they dont turn out well at first try half holding down the button then put something solid in front for the camera to focus on then take it away and fully depress the button, a very useful technique when taking pics of something shiny.

that is of course dependant on you having a good camera and not just a web cam.

Sure... Well this is a project not just one thing I did to my case. I plan to wire up somthin' so that my harman kardon remote for my reciever can turn on my computer. I probably will put one of those little infared sensors, on like cd players, on the front of my case. Then I won't have to open the door to turn on my computer or even be next to it. :erstaunt0

Also I was thinking of cutting out the bottom of my case and putting in a window so that my computer will have "underlights". I bet it would look better than the glowing feet.

Well thats just two more of my crazy ideas.

Well I thought of this stuff on my own and i'm not selling it so that would not infringe on any copyrights. Also fan controllers and a remote to turn on a pc is two totally diff things.

Bout the pics i will take some more really soon i've just been really buisy, not to mention i am borrowing the camera b/c i don't own a digital one :eek2:

I will have the pics up tomorro morning. The camera I used has a auto flash so the pics are not dark even though I had the room dark.

Also I was lookin at the saitek eclipse keyboard. What do you guys think of it? I'm usin their cyborg evo for my mouse :thumbsup: Its sweet, but hard to get used to.

instead of attaching them you can upload them to imageshack.us or wherever you can upload the images to the net and use the [img*][/*img] (except without the *) tags to place them all in one post...

Thanks guys. I plan on doin the other things too but I am workin like 50hrs a week and i'm thinkin bout how i'm going to wire up the power thing. Or even where to get a infared thing.

Also would i need a nibbler thing or could i just use a dremel to cut out the bottom of the case?

try ading 1 or 2 blue laser leds...to get a not uniforme blue shade in the black ;)
