What's your take on this case? From a design, feature, expandability, etc on the case.
My own opinion is that the case is definitely overpriced. The looks however, does look good and is the only case on the market that has the same plastic wrapping like the alienware. However, the fact that it's a mid-tower and metal doesn't make me want to put down 150 when i could get a really nice aluminum case at that price. Do you think the looks is worth it?

i agree personally, no offense to Raidmax but their cases seem way over priced, i don't like the styling very much and to me it just looks cheap, i don't know bout everyone else but when i'm going to lans, dude my case gets banged around a bit no matter how careful i am, and even if its good plastic and dosen't crack it still scratches way easier than metal, features wise i didn't read too much on it but i assume its the usual, 5X 5.25, 5X 3.5 bays (+or- 1) 4 fan mounts with a good airflow, all good and well but i'd rather just take the time to mod a gaurdian with maybe 80-120mm on the top or behind that lower face
I can't say anything... But.. I can say that Raidmax has good prices for what they offer. If they seem to high, then you are looking in the wrong place.

I would definitely say all of the raidmax cases are priced very competitively. I think the main reason the Samurai is at 150 and people might think it's expensive is because no one knows how much all that plastic costs. From another case manufacturer's point of view, it is not that bad considering the money for all the tooling that went into that case. Just imagine all the pieces needed to put that case together, plastic isn't cheap either :) However, from a consumer point of view, people can easily over look all of that and ask why it's so expensive. But i just want to hear what you guys think because we are considering releasing a case that also involves plastic wrapping around the case ( which will drive the case up ) so i really want to hear what you guys have to say about the samurai. Thanks for all the comments

I don't like the style of the case, personally. But then again, I don't like alienwares new design either. I guess I don't dig the bubble look :)

My first thought is that they were trying to rip Alienware's design. Also, the first reviews I saw don't have the sword on the front like this one http://www.hartware.net/review_410.html . My next thought when I saw the silver case from the side was that it looks like the alien from the "Alien" movie . I guess this is the RaidMax "Samurai" Titan901. http://www.hardwareluxx.de/ubb/14/000057/ and here http://www.hartware.net/review_410_2.html and here http://www.caseumbau.de/index.php?page=test261/test261 That's the model I like best out of the Samurai line. The 908 just doesn't look as classy to me (hahaha - I have a yellow guardian):)
I don't care for the 908 Samurai Like this one: http://www.microlandtechnology.com/products.asp?partno=CS0501
I don't even see the 901 listed on Raidmax's site. Here is a quote on the door sword on this page:
Those reviews show the 901's All i can find are the 908's which put that Fugly crap on the door. Here's the link discussing the Samurai --> http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview.cfm?catid=37&threadid=1337052&enterthread=y
I guess me in cases is I top out at $100 MAX on any case.

I'm willing to spend up to 200 on a case without a psu, if it is a quality case(lian-li, coolermaster). Please NZXT, stop using no-name PSU's, they're so weak!

I agree with RAINFIRE, they were tryng to rip off on alienware, and they didnt do a good job at it either. They also look like the alien form alien vs. predator. No offense to Raidmax.
